HC10DTP - Collaborative Robot with Hand-Guided Teaching
The six-axis HC10DTP collaborative robot enables operation with, or in close proximity to human workers. Precision hand-guiding facilitates easy programming for fast implementation of the robot system, while a pinch-less design featuring Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to quickly react to contact. Depending on risk assessment, this cobot can operate in collaborative mode at speeds up to 1,000 mm/s without extra safety features, saving space and lowering cost. Additionally, when properly equipped, this hybrid cobot can operate in non-collaborative mode at speeds up to 2,000 mm/s.
Thru-arm utilities hide cabling, including a Category 6 ethernet cable, and a rugged IP67 rating allows use in harsh environments. The HC10DTP also includes NSF H1 food-grade grease for use in spaces where there is the possibility of incidental food contact. The HC10DTP robot is compatible with the YRC1000 Controller as well as the standard teach pendant or the Smart Pendant.

HC20DTP - Easy-to-Clean Collaborative Robot with Hand-Guided Teaching
Ideal for a variety of tasks, the robust six-axis HC20DTP collaborative robot provides precise hand-guided teaching for fast implementation of a robot system. Offering four modes of collaborative operation such as Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology, the HC20DTP meets established safety standards, enabling humans to work with or in close placement to robots. Depending on risk assessment, this cobot can operate in collaborative mode at speeds up to 1,000 mm/s without extra safety features, saving space and lowering cost. Additionally, when properly equipped, this hybrid cobot can operate in non-collaborative mode at speeds up to 2,000 mm/s.
A thru-arm Category 6 cable facilitates a wide selection of communication options for tooling, and an IP67 rating and easy-to-clean surface enables use in sanitary environments. The HC20DTP is compatible with the YRC1000 as well as the standard teach pendant or the Smart Pendant.

HC30PL - Direct Teach, Palletizing Collaborative Robot
Specifically designed with palletizing in mind, the robust six-axis HC30PL human-collaborative robot with direct teach capability facilitates safe and efficient fenceless production in demanding environments. Part of the HC-series line, the HC30PL features a 30 kg payload capacity, a 1,700 maximum reach, and a plug and play tool flange based on EN ISO 9409-1 to facilitate select handling and packaging applications. Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to enable safe human-robot interaction, and the cobot can easily shift between collaborative speed in PFL mode or full speed in industrial mode (based on risk assessment and process requirements) as production demands change. A thru-arm Category 6 cable provides a wide selection of communication options for tooling, and an IP67 rating and easy-to-clean surface facilitate use in sanitary settings. The HC30PL also includes NSF H1 food-grade grease for use in facilities where there is the possibility of incidental food contact.
The HC30PL is controlled by the YRC1000 controller and is compatible with either the standard teach pendant or innovative Smart Pendant. The HC30PL can also be used with the extremely compact YRC1000micro controller.
