Fabrication
We fabricate control panels in house following strict ASME and AWS standards. This allows us to customize panels and programming to your application, plant standards, area classification and instrumentation requirements. Our in-house panel shop ensures high quality fabrication that matches your programming and controls requirements.
Programming
Our in-house team provides full programming services including controls design, DCS, logic, PC-based, PLC, HMI & operator interface, SCADA, and more. We also fully integrate all instrumentation, MES, SAP and other operational systems; provide Industrial Ethernet TCP/IP network design, including integration of: Windows workstations; Servers; SQL and other databases; Microsoft office; and more.
Startup & Commissioning
Impact partners with your project lead to complete a successful startup and commissioning process. This starts with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), which ensures all instrumentation and system features are working correctly upon arrival. Then we fully document the design basis, P&ID’s, operating procedures, and I/O lists. From there, we run down all instrumentation for a thorough checkout. To complete commissioning we fully integrate systems with existing controls, hook up supply lines and piping, resolve all punch list items, train plan personnel, and provide ongoing support.
